Opportunities to develop your skills, expand your responsibilities and build a long-term career with Ground Control.
The chance to contribute to a business driven by its purpose of caring for the environment and improving outdoor spaces.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in an administrative, client services, customer support or service delivery environment.
A highly organised individual who can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail.
Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders.

A customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to deliver excellent service.
Experience within facilities management, grounds maintenance, property services or a similar service-led environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
