Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
We're looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to keep our Infrastructure projects running smoothly. You'll work closely with operational teams, clients and suppliers to coordinate reactive works, shutdowns and traffic management, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. If you're highly organised, commercially aware and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate reactive works, shutdowns and traffic management projects from start to finish.
Plan schedules, resources and work programmes across your region.
Liaise with clients, operational teams and suppliers to keep projects on track.
Produce work packs, raise purchase orders and maintain project trackers.
Prepare reports on project progress, productivity and performance.
Resolve issues quickly and escalate where required.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Promote a positive health and safety culture across all activities.

What we’re looking for:
Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience coordinating projects, schedules or operational activities.
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Power BI.
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proactive problem-solving skills with the confidence to take ownership.
A team player who can build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
