About the Role
Are you ready to start your journey in bid management? As a Junior Bid Manager at Ground Control, you’ll work alongside our Bid Director to help create and submit compelling bids and proposals. You don’t need previous bid management experience - we’re looking for someone with transferable skills, who can multitask, think creatively, build relationships, and learn quickly with guidance and mentorship.
What You'll Do
Support the preparation, production, and submission of bids and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams and gather information for tailored responses.
Help maintain visibility and communication for stakeholders throughout the bid process.
Assist in creating win strategies and analysing post-submission feedback.

What we're looking for;
Any previous experience in bid or proposal writing or experience in grounds maintenance, civil engineering, FM, or project coordination is a plus but not essential - enthusiasm and transferable skills matter most! As well as the following;
Strong multitasking and organisational skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable collaborating across teams.
Confident learning new processes and systems.
Interest in developing a career in bid management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
