What You’ll Do:

• Build and nurture strong client relationships that lead to long-term success.
• Take ownership of client contracts, ensuring they are profitable and sustainable.
• Generate revenue and new leads by identifying opportunities and collaborating with our business development team.
• Manage projects and oversee contracts to ensure timely delivery within agreed service levels.
• Support a thriving team with performance reviews, team goals, and recruitment efforts.
• Visit clients face-to-face as needed to strengthen relationships and address their needs directly.
• Handle client complaints with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or office experience — we want someone who knows how to connect with people and get things done.
• A flexible approach to work, including availability for occasional weekend work during the winter season.
• Strong communication skills and a desire to help clients succeed.
• A friendly, chatty personality with the ability to build rapport quickly and make lasting impressions.
• A results-driven approach with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, MS Teams).
