As a Contract Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of Grounds Maintenance and Winter Maintenance services across a growing portfolio of commercial and public sector contracts throughout Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Grounds Maintenance Supervisor, Team Leader or Foreman looking to take the next step in their career. You'll have the opportunity to develop your operational, commercial and client management skills whilst gaining exposure to all aspects of contract delivery.
What you'll do:
In this role, you'll support the successful delivery of contracts across your area, helping ensure sites are safe, compliant and maintained to the highest standards.
Survey sites and scope maintenance works, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and works can be delivered safely and efficiently.
Prepare quotations and estimates for additional works, assessing labour, materials and resource requirements.
Support the day-to-day management of field teams and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with specification.
Carry out site inspections and quality audits, maintaining high service standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Build strong working relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contact for day-to-day enquiries, service requests and operational issues.
Support contract performance across your region, helping ensure service levels, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
Coordinate labour, plant and materials, ensuring works are effectively planned and delivered.
Promote high standards of health, safety and compliance, carrying out regular site checks and addressing issues proactively.
Identify opportunities for additional works and service enhancements, helping deliver value for customers while supporting contract growth.
Support winter maintenance operations when required, ensuring services are delivered effectively during peak seasonal periods.

What we're looking for:
Experience within Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping, Arboriculture or a similar outdoor operational environment.
Experience supervising or leading field-based teams, operatives or subcontractors.
Strong understanding of site standards, quality inspections and operational delivery.
Experience conducting site surveys, inspections or assessments.
Exposure to estimating, quoting or identifying additional works opportunities would be advantageous.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and safe working practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and operational teams.
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to work.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how operational decisions impact service delivery and profitability.
Ambition to develop and progress within a growing business.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Republic of Ireland.
