Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
We're looking for an experienced HSQE Advisor to support our Infrastructure division, providing practical health, safety, quality and environmental advice across a range of rail, civils, vegetation management and infrastructure projects. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help drive compliance, improve safety performance and promote a positive HSQE culture across the business.
What you'll do
Carry out site inspections, audits and assurance visits.
Provide practical HSQE advice and coaching to operational teams.
Support risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.
Investigate incidents and monitor corrective actions.
Deliver toolbox talks and workforce briefings.
Monitor compliance with legislation, client requirements and company standards.
Support internal, external and client audits.
Build strong relationships with managers, clients and supply chain partners.

What we're looking for
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent Level 3 qualification).
IOSH membership (or working towards Certified IOSH).
HSQE experience within construction, rail, utilities, civils or infrastructure.
Experience of audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally.
PTS and/or higher-level HSQE qualifications are desirable.
