Ground Control is growing its EV Infrastructure division and we're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of electric vehicle charging projects across the South of England.
Working alongside the Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll support field teams and contractors, maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and play a key role in delivering infrastructure that supports the UK's transition to cleaner transport.

What you'll do
Support the Site Manager with the day-to-day supervision and coordination of EV infrastructure projects.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed in line with project plans and programme deadlines.
Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to support efficient project delivery.
Lead daily site briefings and act as the first point of contact for field teams and subcontractors.
Monitor team performance, providing guidance and ensuring work is completed to the required quality standards.
Carry out regular site inspections, quality audits and progress checks.
Ensure RAMS, permits and all required documentation are in place before works commence.
Maintain compliance with Ground Control's Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
Report hazards, near misses and best practice using Safety Culture.
Communicate site progress, challenges and client updates to the Site Manager.
Maintain accurate project records using Microsoft Office, Skillco and Safety Culture.
What we're looking for
Essential
CSCS Card or SSSTS qualification.
Experience working on construction or infrastructure sites.
Knowledge of RAMS, permits and Health & Safety processes.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Desirable
Experience supervising site teams or subcontractors.
Experience within EV infrastructure, utilities, highways, civils, landscaping or horticulture.
Knowledge of NRSWA Street Works.
Experience using Skillco and Safety Culture.
