We’re looking for someone dependable, happy to work outdoors in all weathers, and able to take pride in doing a job well. You don’t need previous experience, just reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you'll get;
Consistent, reliable routine: Early-morning shifts, stable employment, and regular hours
All PPE and uniform provided: Replaced when needed to keep you safe
Training and ongoing support: no experience required
Supportive team and clear standards: Know exactly what “good” looks like
Visible results every shift: Take pride in seeing the difference your work makes
Active, outdoor work: Stay moving and enjoy working outside
What we're looking for;
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically active and happy being on their feet throughout the shift
Able to work independently and use their initiative
Positive, approachable, and takes pride in doing a job well
