You take pride in running a safe, organised, and productive site. You know how to coordinate teams delivering hard landscaping, groundworks, drainage and public realm projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across hard landscaping and public realm projects within our Landscape, Design and Energy division. Projects range from prestigious play areas and parks to SuDS schemes, swales, and cemetery developments, often combining groundworks, drainage and high-quality external works.
This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing site teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Manage delivery of hard landscaping, groundworks and drainage works, including elements such as play area construction, pathways, paving, structures, SuDS features and external works.
Site Compliance
Ensure all required site documentation (permits, RAMS and H&S paperwork) is in place before work begins. Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records.
HSQE
Promote a strong safety culture on site. Conduct quality inspections, report hazards and near misses, and ensure works meet company and client standards.
Planning & Coordination
Plan team workloads, coordinate deliveries and subcontractors, and ensure works are progressing in line with programme.
Client Communication
Maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates on progress and escalating issues when required.
Systems & Reporting
Use systems such as Microsoft Office, Skillco and Safety Culture to record site progress, inspections and health & safety information.
What you’ll get
Opportunity to deliver high-quality prestigious landscaping and public realm projects
Responsibility for managing interesting outdoor environments such as parks, play areas and SuDS schemes
