October to April: 6am-3pm, 7:30am to 4:30pm, 10am - 7pm working 1 in 3 weekends
May to September: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm - No weekends included.

We’re looking for a Client Services Team Leader to:
Guide and support a team of Client Services Advisors.
Deliver exceptional service across our Winter Maintenance and Grounds Maintenance client portfolios.
Balance people leadership with client account management to create positive outcomes for both your team and clients.
What you’ll do:
Team Leadership
Guide, support, and motivate a team of 4–6 Client Services Advisors.
Hold regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development conversations.
Coordinate recruitment, team scheduling, and coverage.
Set team goals, monitor progress, and adjust structures as needed.
Encourage a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Stay focused and composed during busy periods, modelling effective leadership.
Account Management
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Host quarterly business reviews to align on priorities and satisfaction.
Oversee contracts, renewals, and pricing to ensure sustainable outcomes.
Manage client accounts, purchase orders, and service-related projects with accuracy.
Use insights from reports (Power BI) to improve service and support the team.
Collaborate across departments to identify opportunities and enhance client experience.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of quotes and maintain client records.
What we’re looking for:
You will excel in this role if you are:
Proactive in client communication, issue resolution, and account management.
Experienced in leading teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced, high-volume roles.
Data-savvy, with strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into action.
Collaborative, working seamlessly across departments like Operations and Business Development.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to accurate documentation.
