Location: Billericay with two wfh days
Salary: Competitive
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Seasonal: Summer & winter processes, with weekend rota in winter

About the Role 💼
This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll support multiple client accounts, handling everything from tenders and quotes to invoices and purchase orders. You’ll manage high-volume admin processes, keep client communications smooth, and switch seamlessly between seasonal workflows.
You’ll work closely with Key Account Managers, Contract Managers, and Finance to ensure clients receive accurate, timely, and professional service. No two days are the same – from processing tenders and quotes to maintaining client portals, your role is crucial in keeping our operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️
- Process and issue invoices, tenders, and quotes within strict deadlines.
- Manage emails and phone enquiries, triaging to the right teams.
- Maintain accurate records in client portals and internal systems (ICE2, etc.).
- Check purchase orders (POs) for compliance and accuracy; coordinate site visits as required.
- Complete Extra Works checklists and share updates with Finance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and escalate issues where necessary.
- Adapt to seasonal workflows, ensuring smooth operations throughout the year.

- Quick to learn new systems and processes.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under pressure.
- Experience in customer service, high-volume admin, or client services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, Power BI).
Desirable: Experience in project management or grounds maintenance contract management.
