Are you passionate about maintaining outdoor spaces and leading by example?

We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Working Supervisor to join our busy team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our sites looking their best while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality work. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What you’ll do:

• Carrying out routine and specialised grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, strimming, spraying, litter picking, planting, and pruning.
• Managing equipment, vehicles, tools, and work sites to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use.
• Collaborating with your team to deliver high-quality results and maintain smooth workflows.
• Following company and client systems, procedures, and technology for recording work.
• Complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental policies, using PPE correctly, and identifying potential risks.
• Actively seeking ways to improve processes, efficiency, and sustainability on site.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively at all times.

What we’re looking for:

• Practical experience in grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate machinery and vehicles safely.
• Basic IT literacy and competence with mobile devices.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness to carry out demanding tasks.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work independently when needed.

Desirable skills and qualifications:

• GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Formal horticultural qualifications.
• PA1 & PA6a spraying qualifications.
