Rail Compliance Administrator

We are looking for a Rail Compliance Administrator to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will play a crucial role in supporting our rail team by managing additional paperwork, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and facilitating smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include handling permission to work for the rail industry, monitoring training requirements, and providing essential administrative support. This role demands attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
What you will achieve:
- Process sponsorship and sub-sponsorship requests promptly and accurately.
- Monitor and manage expiring competencies, arranging necessary training as required.
- Assist field teams with administrative tasks, ensuring paperwork is completed efficiently.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including safe working hours and training requirements.
- Handle client reporting and respond to urgent inquiries through the red alert line when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
