We have an opening for an outstanding Mobilisation Coordinator. Working within our Mobilisation Team, you will provide support to ensure a structured and organised approach from contract completion to operational status within the Grounds Maintenance Division. You will ensure all divisions of the business are engaged within the implementation process and provide client facing support in all areas until the new client is under normal Ground Control operation.

This is a hybrid position, and so applicants must be happy to commute and work from Billericay Head Office on a frequent basis.

What You’ll Achieve:

• You will have responsibility for assisting the set-up of new Grounds Maintenance contracts from Business Development to operational control under the assigned Key Account Managers (KAM).

• Support in reviewing and understanding contractual obligations, ensuring all due diligence is captured prior to mobilisation start to ensure success.

• Liaise with the client and Grounds Maintenance department, under leadership and direction of the mobilisation manager, to ensure the contract is fully operational within set timescales.

• Support with day-to-day activities in accordance with the mobilisation program ensuring delivery of all activities within various departments and verifying comes where necessary.

Who we’re Seeking:

• Intermediate level Excel skills; VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables

• Strong IT skills including PowerPoint and Word

• Two to three years’ practical work experience in administrative tasks

• Experience of coordinating others

• Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and plenty of initiative.
