We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our newly formed Client Services team. Your focus will be to represent our company culture, which is being an entrepreneurial, maintenance-led, systems driven, people and values centred business. By growing our client base across all our services including in our specialist divisions, your mission will be to develop and nurture our existing clients within your target sector to ensure we win high-quality work that we want to win, that is aligned to our strategy and delivers on our growth ambitions to double in size by 2025.
You will achieve this through absolute focus on:
Having a detailed knowledge of the clients within your portfolio of accounts as well as the sector strategy that your account portfolio sits within
Helping to develop and maintain our market knowledge capability, ensuring we understand our chosen markets better than our competitors
Ensuring a smooth escalation process for all complaint management within your portfolio
Targeting our farming effort appropriately in conjunction with the Sector Manager for your area and ensuring this is aligned to their sector strategy.
Absolute focus on increasing recurringrevenue streams within your portfolio
Helping to deliver a 95% retention target within your portfolio
